The Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil (RSPO) is a not-for-profit that unites stakeholders from seven sectors of the palm oil industry: oil palm producers, processors or traders, consumer goods manufacturers, retailers, banks/investors, and environmental and social non-governmental organizations (NGOs), to develop and implement global standards for sustainable palm oil.

AIESEC, as an organization has existed for 71 years, building youth leadership and striving for Peace and Fulfillment of Humankind’s Potential in the world. Similarly, RSPO, as an organization, believes in developing sustainable solutions to the problems of today, and in empowering the youth of today to develop a growing concern about climate change and act towards the implementation of Sustainable Development Goals.

A campaign titled #YouthForSustainability was also launched by The RSPO, in an effort to actively engage the young delegates of International Congress 2019 towards sustainable climate action, and stir conversations that help build and grow. The campaign will be running for the period of the whole conference and anybody can be a part of it, by showcasing their support for sustainable Climate Change and Action on social media, with the use of hashtags #YouthForSustainability, #Leadersfor2030, and #ICIndia

The Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil (RSPO) will be actively supporting different events of International Congress 2019, such as the Global Village and Leaders for 2030, and will be present throughout the conference to engage with the young delegates and inspire action. It is organizations like The RSPO that help collaborate for solutions to pressing global problems. It is a matter of honor for AIESEC International Congress 2019 to cooperate and collaborate The RSPO.
